exchange for your ticket to the festival!
**Please be advised that this registration page is for CLEAN VIBES, the event waste & recycling provider, specifically and is separate from the festival volunteer program. Registrations between the two programs are non-transferrable.**
The festival has been canceled. If you are on-site, you may stay on-site tonight until NOON tomorrow (8/17) or leave tonight, but please wait a couple hours for some of the traffic to clear. Pallets of bottled water are around campgrounds. Deposits and application fees will be refunded within 7-10 business days. PLEASE BE SAFE and TAKE CARE OF EACH OTHER!! Thank you!
Position Details:
POST EVENT CLEAN-UP Volunteers must commit to two 10-hour shifts for a total commitment of 20 hours and will work with Clean Vibes crew members and fellow volunteers to clear the venue, vending and camping areas of all event litter and debris. This position entails walking, stooping, bending, lifting and handling event waste and recycling. Post Event Volunteers will move camp and check-in on the Monday following the event and will work on Tuesday (8/21) and Wednesday (8/22).
Post Event Check-in:
Monday, 8/20/18 - Volunteers will move camp and rest up for work on Tuesday!
Post Event Clean-up Shifts:
Tuesday, 8/21/18: 8AM - 6PM
Wednesday, 8/22/18: 8AM - 6PM
Breakfast and lunch will be provided on work days only for Post Event Volunteers
Work Requirement: 20 Hours
Accommodation: The first 50 people with 3 or more Post Show Volunteers in their car will be provided with a complimentary car camping pass. If you do not have 3 or more volunteers in your vehicle, please email volunteers@cleanvibes.com to inquire about purchasing a GA Car Camping Pass.
Check-in Date: POST SHOW Volunteers will enter the event when the gates are open the to general public.
Post Show Volunteer wristbands will be held at will call/staff check-in, therefore a convenience charge ($15.00) is charged in addition to the administrative fee ($25) for Post Show Volunteers.
Special Announcement: All post show volunteers who complete their shifts will be entered into a drawing to receive a pair of tickets to one show at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park (8/31, 9/1, or 9/2) and a drawing to receive a pair of tickets to one show during Phish’s Halloween run in Las Vegas (10/31 - 11/3).
