**Please be advised that this registration page is for CLEAN VIBES, the event waste & recycling provider, specifically and is separate from the general festival volunteer program. Registrations between the two programs are non-transferrable.**

REGISTRATION FOR THIS EVENT HAS ENDED
 

DURING SHOW CLEAN-UP/TABLE BUSSERS Volunteers must commit to ONE During Show Clean-Up 5-hour shift and TWO Table Busser 5-hour shifts for a total weekend commitment of 15 hours. Volunteers will be picking up loose litter off the ground, cleaning picnic tables and working with the Clean Vibes staff to sweep the venue and vending areas. This position involves stooping, lifting and consolidating large bags of recycling and refuse. Volunteers may also spend a portion of their shift sorting material to maximize waste diversion from the landfill.  

During Show Clean-up Shifts:
Saturday, 5/5/18: 8AM - 1PM
Sunday, 5/6/18: 8AM - 1PM

Table Busser Shifts:
Friday, 5/4/18: 12PM - 5PM OR 5:30PM - 10:30PM
Saturday, 5/5/18: 12PM - 5PM OR 5:30PM - 10:30PM
Sunday, 5/6/18: 12PM - 5PM OR 5:30PM - 10:30PM

During Show Volunteers will be given the opportunity to choose bands they do not want to miss. Schedules will be posted just prior to the event and we will do our very best to accommodate volunteer requests and to be as fair as possible while considering the needs of the event.

POST SHOW CLEAN-UP Volunteers must commit to two 8-hour shifts after the event on Monday (5/7) and Tuesday (5/8). Volunteers will work with Clean Vibes crew members and fellow volunteers to clear the venue, vending and camping areas of all event litter and patron debris. This position entails walking, stooping, bending, lifting and handling event waste and recycling.  Post Show Clean-up Volunteers will be provided with lunch on Monday and Tuesday.

Post Show Clean-up Shifts:
Monday, 5/7/18: 10am - 6pm
Tuesday 5/8/18: 10am - 6pm
(Lunch will be provided on work days only) 

Work Requirement: 

During Show - 18 Hours
Post Show - 15 Hours

Accommodation: Camping is only available to the first 60 volunteers who sign up and won't be available once those spots are filled.
