exchange for your ticket to the festival!

Please note that only POST SHOW positions are available through CLEAN VIBES. If you are interested in DURING SHOW positions please sign up directly through the festival’s Fan Staffing program.


**Please be advised that this registration page is for CLEAN VIBES, the event waste & recycling provider, specifically, and is separate from the festival volunteer program. Registrations between the two programs are non-transferrable.**

Position Details:
 
POST SHOW CLEAN-UP​ Volunteers will work with Clean Vibes crew members and fellow volunteers to clear the venue, vending and camping areas of all event litter and debris. This position entails walking, stooping, bending, lifting and handling event waste and recycling. Post Event Volunteers will move camp and check-in on the Monday following the event (6/18) and will work on Tuesday (6/19) and Wednesday (6/20) 8AM-6PM.

Work Requirement:  20 hours

Accommodations:  Camping is provided (for vehicles with 2+ Post Show Volunteers Only)
*Volunteers must provide their own camping equipment, including tent.

Check-in Date and Wristband:  Firefly Post Show Volunteer wristbands will be shipped approximately two to three weeks prior to the event. The charge for shipping ($10.00) is charged in addition to the administrative fee ($25) for Firefly Post Show Volunteers. PLEASE be sure to put the address that you will be at in May in your festiVol profile, so that your ticket will be shipped to YOU!

Please be advised that Volunteer positions are not guaranteed until the refundable deposit has been submitted. Once positions are full we will remove them from this listing.
