**Please be advised that this registration page is for CLEAN VIBES, the event waste & recycling provider, specifically and is separate from the general festival volunteer program. Registrations between the two programs are non-transferrable.**



Clean Vibes will have TWO positions available at this event:


DURING SHOW TRASH TALKER® Volunteers must commit to TWO 5-hour shifts for a total weekend commitment of 10 hours and will be stationed at a series of waste receptacles in order to direct fans on the proper disposal of their waste. Each volunteer will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the 3-stream system: compost, recycling and landfill. Volunteers will be responsible for sorting materials to the correct containers if necessary and replacing full bags as they fill up. We will provide you with training on what goes where, gloves, bags and provide support throughout your shift.

 

During Show Trash Talker® Volunteer Shifts:
Saturday, 12/15/18: 12:00PM - 5:00PM OR 4:00PM - 9:00PM
Sunday, 12/16/18: 12:00PM - 5:00PM OR 4:00PM - 9:00PM

 

POST SHOW CLEAN-UP Volunteers must commit to one 10-hour shift after the event on Monday (12/17).  Volunteers will work with Clean Vibes crew members and fellow volunteers to clear the venue and vending areas of all event litter and patron debris. This position entails walking, stooping, bending, lifting and handling event waste and recycling.  Post Show Clean-up Volunteers will be provided with lunch on Monday.

 

Post Show Clean-up Shifts:
Monday, 12/17/18: 8:30AM - 6:30PM
(Lunch will be provided on Monday) 


Work Requirement: 

Trash Talker® - 10 hours
Post Show - 10 hours

Accommodation: Volunteers must provide their own lodging.

Parking:  Parking gets VERY full around the Fairgrounds. Leave plenty of time to find parking.

If you are alter-abled consider having someone drop you off close to the entrance or arriving early in the morning. Alter-abled parking fills up quickly as well.

There are many lots around the fairgrounds. Fees vary by lot and are subject to change without notice. Please carpool to cost share. Last year fees were $15-$20 per day.

There are also complimentary shuttles from three area parking lots.

Post Show volunteers will be able to find parking on-site or on the street for the Monday shift.
