**Please be advised that this registration page is for CLEAN VIBES, the event waste & recycling provider, specifically and is separate from the general festival volunteer program. Registrations between the two programs are non-transferrable.**



Clean Vibes will have THREE positions available at this event:
 

DURING SHOW CLEAN-UP/TABLE BUSSERS Volunteers must commit to ONE During Show Clean-Up 6-hour shift and ONE Table Busser 6-hour shifts for a total weekend commitment of 12 hours. Volunteers will be picking up loose litter off the ground, cleaning picnic tables and working with the Clean Vibes staff to sweep the venue and vending areas. This position involves stooping, lifting and consolidating large bags of recycling and refuse. 
 

During Show Clean-up Shifts:
Saturday, 10/13/18: 8:00AM - 2:00PM
Sunday, 10/14/18: 8:00AM - 2:00PM


Table Busser Shifts:
Saturday, 10/13/18: 12:00PM - 6:00PM OR 5:30PM - 11:30PM
Sunday, 10/14/18: 12:00PM - 6:00PM OR 5:30PM - 11:30PM

 

NIGHTLY AFTER SHOW CLEAN-UP Volunteers must commit to two 5-hour shifts, one EACH night of the event, for a total of 10 hours and will be providing the important initial sweep through the venue after the crowd has left. They will work with the Clean Vibes crew and fellow volunteers to clean the venue and vending areas of all concert debris. Volunteers must work one shift on each night of the event and will gain admission for both days.  This position entails walking, stooping, bending, lifting and handling event waste and recycling.  

 

Nightly After Show Clean-up Shifts:
Saturday, 10/13/18: 10:00PM-3:00AM
Sunday, 10/14/18: 10:00PM-3:00AM

 

POST SHOW CLEAN-UP Volunteers must commit to two 7-hour shifts after the event on Monday (10/15) and Tuesday (10/16). Volunteers will work with Clean Vibes crew members and fellow volunteers to clear the venue and vending areas of all event litter and patron debris. This position entails walking, stooping, bending, lifting and handling event waste and recycling.  Post Show Clean-up Volunteers will be provided with lunch on Monday and Tuesday (one hour lunch break).

 

Post Show Clean-up Shifts:
Monday, 10/15/18: 10:00AM - 6:00PM
Tuesday 10/16/18: 10:00AM - 6:00PM
(Lunch will be provided on work days only) 


Work Requirement: 

During Show/Table Busser - 12 Hours
Nightly After Show -10 Hours
Post Show - 14 Hours

Accommodation: Camping is not provided. Volunteers must provide their own lodging.
