Clean Vibes at Karoondinha

exchange for your ticket to the festival!
**Please be advised that this registration page is for CLEAN VIBES, the event waste & recycling provider, specifically, and is separate from the festival volunteer program. Registrations between the two programs are non-transferrable.**
Clean Vibes currently has three positions available at this event:
DURING SHOW CLEAN-UP Volunteers must commit to THREE 6-hour shifts for a total weekend commitment of 18 hours and will be picking up loose litter on the ground and working with the Clean Vibes staff to sweep the venue and vending areas. This position involves stooping, lifting and consolidating large bags of recycling and refuse. Volunteers may also spend a portion of their shift sorting material to maximize waste diversion from the landfill.
During Show Clean-up Shifts:

DURING SHOW TABLE BUSSER/SWEEPER Volunteers must commit to THREE 6-hour shifts for a total commitment of 18 hours and will work within the concert and vending areas during the event operational hours (when the music is happening) to keep the picnic tables and ground clean and clear. This position entails walking, stooping, bending, lifting and handling event waste and recycling.

POST SHOW CLEAN-UP Volunteers must commit to TWO 10-hour shifts for a total commitment of 20 hours and will work with Clean Vibes crew members and fellow volunteers to clear the venue, vending and camping areas of all event litter and debris. This position entails walking, stooping, bending, lifting and handling event waste and recycling. Post Event Volunteers will move camp and check-in on the Monday following the event and will work on Tuesday (7/25) and Wednesday (7/26).
Post Show Check-in:
Monday, 7/24/17 - Volunteers will move camp and rest up for work on Tuesday!
Post Show Clean-up Shifts:
Tuesday, 7/25/17: TBD
Wednesday, 7/26/17: TBD
Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided on work days only for Post Event Volunteers
Work Requirement:
During Show: 18 Hours
Post Show: 20 Hours
Accommodation:
Camping is provided for During Show Volunteers.
Post Show Volunteers with less than 2 Clean Vibes volunteers in their vehicle must purchase a Car Camping pass via the Karoondinha website http://karoondinha.com/passes#camping
All Volunteers must provide their own camping equipment.
Required Arrival and Check-in Date: Wednesday, July 19th from 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Volunteers planning to camp must check in and begin camping at this time. No late arrivals will be allowed into Volunteer Camping.
Please be advised that Volunteer positions are not guaranteed until the refundable deposit has been submitted. Once positions are full we will remove them from this listing.
