Clean Vibes at Okeechobee Music & Arts Fest


Volunteer with Clean Vibes at Okeechobee Music & Arts Fest in
exchange for your ticket to the festival!


**Please be advised that this registration page is for CLEAN VIBES, the event waste & recycling provider, specifically and is separate from the festival volunteer program. Registrations between the two programs are non-transferrable.**


Clean Vibes currently has two positions available at this event:


DURING SHOW TABLE BUSSER/SWEEPER Volunteers must commit to three 6-hour shifts for a total commitment of 18 hours and will work within the concert and vending areas during the event operational hours (when the music is happening) to keep the picnic tables and ground clean and clear. This position entails walking, stooping, bending, lifting and handling event waste and recycling. 


DURING SHOW TABLE BUSSER/SWEEPER SHIFTS
Friday, 3/3/17: 3:00PM - 9:00PM or 8:00PM - 2:00AM
Saturday, 3/4/17: 3:00PM - 9:00PM or 8:00PM - 2:00AM
Sunday, 3/5/17: 3:00PM - 9:00PM or 8:00PM - 2:00AM


POST EVENT CLEAN-UP Volunteers must commit to two 10-hour shifts for a total commitment of 20 hours and will work with Clean Vibes crew members and fellow volunteers to clear the venue, vending and camping areas of all event litter and debris. This position entails walking, stooping, bending, lifting and handling event waste and recycling. Post Event Volunteers will move camp and check-in on the Monday following the event and will work on Tuesday (3/7) and Wednesday (3/8).


Post Event Check-in: 
Monday, 3/6/17 - Volunteers will move camp and rest up for work on Tuesday!


Post Event Clean-up Shifts:
Tuesday, 3/7/17: 8AM - 6PM
Wednesday, 3/8/17: 8AM - 6PM
Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided on work days only for Post Event Volunteers


Work Requirement:
During Show: 18 Hours
Post Show: 20 Hours


Accommodation:
Camping is provided, Volunteers must provide their own camping equipment.

Check-in Date:

DURING EVENT Volunteers (ie. During Show Clean Up, or Table Busser/Sweeper,) check-in will be Wednesday, March 1, 2017.


POST EVENT Volunteers will enter the event when the gates are open the to general public on Thursday, March 2, 2017 at 12:00PM/EST.
